Fall 2014 Part II

Buddy played soccer on a city rec team this fall.

He was presented with his 1st grade Bible at church.

Lulu and I have been running together to train for our 5k race in November.

At the Bittmans' for Kaytlin's birthday.

 Glow in the dark earrings.

Hand-me-down book and pi's from the cousins.

Another kid cooking creation: graveyard cookies and krispie bars.

We saw the Planes: Fire and Rescue movie at Bethel University for their homecoming.

 Zombie children.

Grammy and Papa came one brisk Saturday morning to watch Buddy play soccer.
The next week was his last game.

Steve and Buddy headed up to the cabin for the weekend and Lulu and I had a girls' weekend at home. We started by putting a Lego table in Buddy's room and rearranging it a little.

We then headed to Lake Calhoun for a run.

Followed by a trip to Jamba Juice.

And Chipotle for dinner.

We then made turkey sugar cookies.

A doughnut at church.

Then we headed to the Pumpkin Fest in Stillwater.

That's a big pumpkin!

They had other fun stuff to do, too.

They cut into one of the pumpkins. It had the biggest seeds I've ever seen. I think Lulu could have fit in there easily.

Final stop: Nelson's for ice cream.

Milkweed time at the cabin.

We celebrated Grandma's 90th birthday with a party in her condo complex. Unfortunately, Buddy wasn't feeling well and had to miss the celebration.

Steve and Buddy made a jumbo Jenga set.

Lulu with new clothes for her American Girl Doll from cousins Ana and Andrea.

Buddy loved working in the activity book GiGi gave him.
